QUIT: click on this button to exit the program (return to the Finder).
BACKUP: click on this button to set up a backup. The backup can be set to be done now or it can be set up to be automatically performed later at a specified time (the program will launch itself).
RESTORE: click on this button to set up a restore. If you are using tapes, you will be prompted for a tape directory to use. If you are using volumes, you will be prompted for a backup file to use.
OPTIONS: click on this button to select what media to back up to and to set up various other options that will effect backups and restores.
